The Carbon Flue Gas Cleaning is a flue gas cleaning system to remove SO2 by adsorption and NOx by reduction. It was developed by Integral Engineering und Umwelttechnik GmbH for the Chinese sintering and coke oven plants. It uses Chinese Activated Carbon (AC). The SO2 is further used for the production of fertilizers or sulfuric acid. The NOx is reduced to nitrogen and water, which are substances of clean air.
逆流活性炭脱硫脱硝一体化技术是一种通过吸附作用去除SO2、通过还原作用去除NOx的烟气净化系统。该技术是由英特佳环境工程技术有限公司针对中国烧结厂及焦化厂开发的。使用的活性炭是中国生产的。去除的SO2可用于制成化肥或者硫酸。NOx能够还原成清洁空气成分氮气和水。

逆流活性炭脱硫脱硝一体化工艺
The flue gas flows through two activated carbon beds (one for SO2 removal and one for NOx reduction) in a counter current flow upwards, whereby the activated carbon is constantly moving downwards. The discharged activated carbon is conveyed to desorbers in which the sulfuric compounds are removed from the AC. The regenerated activated carbon flows back to the counter current flow adsorbers. By injecting ammonia before the activated carbon DeNOx bed and with the catalytic properties of the activated carbon the NOx is reduced to nitrogen and water.
烟气自下而上流过双层活性炭床层(其中一个用于脱除SO2,另一个用于还原NOx),而活性炭流则不断自上而下流动,与逆向流动烟气相遇。排出的活性炭运送至解析塔,含硫化合物在此从活性炭中去除。
在烟气进入活性炭脱销床层前注入氨,之后利用活性炭的催化性质,将NOx还原成氮气和水。
