       2018年3月23日,中国金属学会在北京组织召开了由邯郸钢铁集团有限责任公司完成的“邯钢逆流活性炭烧结烟气净化装置关键技术的研究与应用”科技成果评价会。评价委员会听取了项目汇报,经质询、讨论,认为该项科技成果总体达到国际领先水平。项目由奥地利英特佳环境工程技术有限公司(以下简称英特佳)提供技术,全套基本设计、核心部分详细设计、软件编程、培训,开工调试指导由英特佳承担。
On March 23rd, 2018, Chinese Society for Metals has organized and held a meeting for scientific and technological evaluation of “Research, Development and Application of AC Counter-Flow Flue Gas Cleaning Plant”. After hearing the report, inquiring and discussing, the Evaluation Committee believes that this achievement has overall reached the international advanced level. The technology from Integral Engineering und Umwelttechnik GmbH (Integral in short), working scope of Integral include complete Basic design, detail design for core parts, programming, Training, commissioning guidance.


       该项目针对脱硝效率低、系统稳定性和氨逃逸以及烧结机作业率与脱硫脱硝一致性,传统方法脱除二噁英、重金属等污染物等存在的局限性的问题,通过系统集成创新,采用活性炭与烧结烟气逆流方式、控制氨逃逸、吸附模块离线维护等系列工程化的探索优化,成功实现了烧结烟气多污染物高效协同治理和副产物资源化利用。该项技术主要创新点如下:
Targeting at improving low DeSOx efficiency, keeping the stability of system, reducing ammonia slip rate and the synchronizing DeSOx and DeNOx with sinter plant, as well as getting rid of the limitation of using traditional method to remove pollutants like dioxin and heavy metals, it adopts such exploration and optimization of engineering approaches as counter flow of AC and flow gas, ammonia slip control and off-line maintenance of adsorber modules etc. based on integrated innovation of system, which successfully achieve effective and integrated treatment of various kinds of pollutants from sinter flue gas and resource utilization of side products. Main innovations are as follows:
       1、开发了脱硫、喷氨、脱硝三段独立分区的活性炭逆流吸附装置,实现烧结烟气中多污染物高效协同处理。
Develop AC counter-flow adsorber Plant in which DeSOx bed, DeNOx bed and ammonia injecting chamber are independent from each other, achieving effective and synchronizing treatment of pollutants in flue gas.
       2、开发了吸附模块组上、下叠加技术。解决了上层模块组排料问题和下层模块组装料问题,上、下模块组紧密叠加,结构紧凑,节约用地。
Develop double-stage adsorber modules to solve the problem of material discharging from upper module and material loading to the bottom module. The upper and bottom module are tightly mounted on each other. This compact structure helps to save space.
       3、开发了多点喷氨与混匀一体化技术,保证氨气与烟气充分混匀,大幅度降低了氨逃逸率,提高了脱硝效率。
Develop integrated technology realizing ammonia injected from multiple points and ammonia gas and flue gas fully mixed, which significantly reduce ammonia slip rate and improve DeNOx efficiency.
       4、开发了模块组离线技术,实现了离线检修和保护,其它模块仍正常运行,保证吸附装置和烧结机的作业率。
Develop modules off-line technology for off-line maintenance and protection whilst other modules are in operation, ensuring the operation of adsorber and sinter plant.
       5、开发了活性炭风筛分拣装置,提高了筛分效率,保证了活性炭床层良好的透气性,降低了“热点”发生几率。
Develop air sifter sorting Plants to improve sieving efficiency and ensure gas permeability of AC bed, reducing hot spot rate.

 
       本项目开发的逆流活性炭烧结烟气净化关键技术及装备,使得NOx脱除率≥85%,SO2脱除率≥99.5%,排放浓度远低于国家和地方标准要求,并自2017年3月起在邯钢2# 435m2烧结机烟气治理上稳定应用,环境效益、社会效益和企业综合效益显著,为邯钢烧结烟气综合治理、环保达标排放提供了技术支撑,为行业实际应用提供了成功案例和经验,建议加大在行业内的推广力度。
Key technology and equipment for AC counter-flow flue gas cleaning Plant developed for the project has achieved NOx removal rate ≥85% and SO2 removal ≥99.5% which is far below the national and local emission standards. The Plant has been stably operated for HBIS Handan 2# 435m2 sinter plant since March 2017. With Remarkable environment, society and enterprise benefit, it has provide technological support for flue gas comprehensive treatment and environmentally up-to-standard emission for HBIS Handan sinter plant and it is also successful case and experience for application in the industry. It is recommended that it should be increased the intensity of promotion in the industry.
